The gyro platter is diabolical!! A must get! And the red velvet cake is crazy delicious!

It's a shame this spot has some mediocre or bad reviews because the staff were extremely friendly and likable. Stopped by late night around 11pm and they were still extremely courteous. Ordered an 8 piece with 2 rolls and 2 sides. Got Mac and cheese and mashed potato's. The mashed potatoes weren't something you'd whip up with your own Yukon golds and butter they were still good AND still warm when I got home 20 minutes later. Always a plus to have warm food after a takeout. The Mac and cheese was good and just as good as any other takeout spot. I enjoyed it. So service excellent, sides ok. Now what about that chicken? Sit down and stfu because this was hands down the best friend chicken I've had besides crown fried chicken shacks in Atlantic City late night at 2am when it's questionable who you're sitting next to and New Orleans or Georgia. I'm not sh!tting you, this chicken was legit! I don't want chciken that's dry. I don't want chicken with too much breading. I don't want bland chicken. I got exactly what I wanted!!! Chicken that was flavorful! Check. Chicken that was crunchy with a flaky not over breaded mess. Check (you know the chicken you get from kfc where it's 75% breading and 25% bone? This ain't that!! Chicken that's juicy and fresh? Check!! Now I got there at 11pm and I didn't have a fresh batch of chicken. I ordered an 8 piece and unfortunately there was nothing on hand besides wings. I could've waited about 20 minutes for a fresh batch but I didn't want to. They were kind enough to throw in a couple extra wings to make my 8 piece a 12 piece and I was more than willing to accept. So I essentially had chicken that was chilling and still f'ing enjoyed it enough to write this post. Eat more chicken people. And buy it from here. (Just not late at night on weeknights when I might stop by lol)

Stopped at this CFC joint in Sicklerville. Had a dark meat combo and can't say anything bad about it. Fresh fried and tender pieces that are bigger than Popeyes or KFc. The side of rice and beans hit the spot too.

Fuck popeyes! Crowns the spot for a two piece, biscuit and soda. Anyone that wouldn't eat at crown fired chicken is no friend of mine. Slap some hot sauce on that bitch and take you mouth for a mother fuckin joy ride.

I hope you came here for a fried chicken review because theirs is absolutely fantastic. The texture is super crunchy, none of that saggy, soggy bs. The flavor I give a A-, I think royal farms is better in that department. The juiciness I also give an A- (again, rofo is better). BUT, the chicken was freshly fried. I asked the staff and they said every order is freshly fried. It appears they go with the esteemed double fry method that any serious cook and French fry aficionado will be well acquainted with. EVERY SINGLE Order. That is honestly makes this place better than any other institution by an order of magnitude. So listen, idk who these froofroo Karen mf'ers are out here talking about service or hair nets and giving them weak reviews, but if you're looking for fried chicken and not a Michelin star school cafeteria, give this place a shot.
